Meet Becca Blay

I grew up as a competitive ski racer in Vermont, a path that instilled in me discipline, focus, and a drive for excellence. I carried that passion into college, continuing to race before moving to Boulder, Colorado in 2003 to pursue another dream—professional mountain biking.

For more than a decade, I poured my energy into competition, learning firsthand the value of preparation, strategy, and resilience. After retiring at age 34, I shifted gears and discovered a new passion: creating large-scale events. I fell in love with the creativity, the precision, and the joy that comes from bringing people together through unforgettable experiences.

The Journey to Pulse

After years of working behind the scenes on incredible events, I knew it was time to bring my own vision to life. That’s when Pulse Event Management was born—a company dedicated to creating sophisticated, well-executed events with energy, elegance, and attention to detail.

The name Pulse carries special meaning: it’s about keeping a finger on the pulse, staying in rhythm with every detail, and bringing high energy to every event. Just like in racing and cycling, success is about timing, precision, and flow—and that’s exactly what I bring to each celebration.
